The owners of this home needed more space for their growing family. It was found an extension to their existing home would be the most economical path. Working with Genesis Constructions the owners needs were met resulting in a complete transformation adding space, life and value to their home.

Guildford  Restoration

This house in Guildford required demolition of the rear section of the building, a complete roof replacement and the addition of living, dining and bath rooms, kitchen, en-suite, and laundry. We worked in conjunction with the owners who undertook part of the work.
